1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the MavenMeeM website or submitting a requirement form, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Service Description

MavenMeeM provides academic guidance, research assistance, data analysis, and model solutions for educational purposes. All work is intended to be used as a reference or study aid. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the use of our materials complies with their institution’s academic integrity policies.

3. Client Obligations

Provide accurate and complete information when submitting a requirement.
Use the delivered work solely for personal learning and reference.
Not to submit our work directly as their own for academic credit.

4. Payments & Refunds

All pricing is agreed upon before work begins. Partial or full advance payment may be required. Refund requests are handled on a case‑by‑case basis, depending on the progress and quality of work delivered. If the delivered work deviates materially from the agreed scope, we will revise it at no extra cost.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives a perpetual, non‑exclusive license to use the delivered material. MavenMeeM retains the right to use anonymised portions for internal quality improvement; no client‑identifiable information is ever disclosed.

6. Limitation of Liability

MavenMeeM is not liable for any academic penalties, grade disputes, or other consequences arising from the use of our materials. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client communications and materials as confidential. We do not share your information with any third party, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. In such cases, any advance payment will be refunded proportionally.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England.
